Maintaining haircuts is without a doubt one of the toughest tasks that all women face. Let’s face it most of the time after you have gotten that perfect haircut at the salon it tends to disappear after we have washed our hair even if you try styling it yourself for the first time. That said it’s good to note that not all haircuts are wash-and-go and with that I have listed a few low-maintenance haircuts that are easy to style and will take you only a few minutes.
If you tend to have thick hair, don’t go too short as this might see it pouf up, kinda like that of a soccer-mom. Always ensure that you keep your strands below your shoulder as this will enable to skip unnecessary styling.
Again if you have thick hair I would advice that you avoid blunt cuts. Instead go for long layers as this will help speed up the styling process.
Lastly, for thick hair, go for layers which are long as this will create flattering shape and movement.
Thin hair usually tends to have a hard time maintaining volume and as a result I would suggest that you spare yourself all the trouble that will come with trying to create fullness with a lot of layers by going for an easy, one length hair cut.
Another thing to note is that hair which weighs itself just below your shoulders will help you avoid the whole process that is usually involved when styling your hair with heat or a certain product.
Lastly I would suggest that you go for a blunt cut as they usually tend to create the illusion of thickness and avoid bangs which tend to need a lot of work.
